Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia Addresses Confusion and Constituent Queries on Look-Alike Signage

(Coachella, CA) — In response to an overwhelming amount of constituent calls, the Office of Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella) would like to clarify that despite the confusion caused by look-alike Garcia signs, Assemblymember Garcia is not seeking re-election and he will not be listed on the March 5 ballot.

As previously announced, this year will be Assemblymember Garcia’s last in the California State Assembly. Garcia for Assembly billboards and signs closely resembling the color, style, and even locations of his previous marketing materials do not belong to Eduardo Garcia. These striking similarities have stirred up confusion and questions from constituents.

“Our offices have received numerous calls and questions in confusion over look-alike signage and billboards. Please do not be mistaken by the logos strongly resembling ours. This year will be my last serving in the State Assembly. I am not running for re-election and will not be listed on the March 5 ballot. We hope this important clarification makes its way to our community as they prepare for the arrival of their ballots,” clarifies Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia.
