(Sacramento) – Assemblymember Eduardo Garcia (D-Coachella) says he’s glad he was on hand to witnesses Governor Brown’s historic speech in the State Capitol. The Governor delivered a record setting 4th inaugural address, that also served as his annual State of the State speech, to a packed Assembly chambers as the lawmakers returned to work for the 2015-16 legislative session. Assemblymember Garcia says the Governor was “right on point” with his thoughts about fiscal prudency, keeping higher education affordable and long term solutions to the state’s infrastructure needs.
